Can I disconnect the connection at any time?

Yes, you can disconnect the connection between stylink and Instagram at any time. The connection is managed directly via Instagram or Meta and therefore cannot currently be removed in the stylink App, but via your Instagram settings.

How to disconnect: 

  • Open Instagram and go to your profile
  • Tap the three lines in the top right corner and open settings
  • Scroll down or use the search function and select “Apps and websites permissions”
  • Tap “Apps and websites”
  • Select stylink and remove the connection

          After removal, no new Instagram data will be synchronized with stylink. 
          Please note that it may take a short moment for the disconnection to be completed and for the data to no longer be displayed in your stylink App.

          Important: 
          Even if Instagram indicates when removing the connection that an account could be deleted, this does not affect your stylink account. Your stylink account will remain fully intact and will not be deleted by removing the Instagram connection.
